The Dębe Hydroelectric Power Plant (EW Dębe) is a hydroelectric power plant located on a dam that elevates the water level in Zegrzyńskie Lake, in the Masovian Voivodeship, in the town of Dębe.
Dębe
A village in Poland located in the Mazowieckie Voivodeship, in the Legionowo County, in the Serock municipality. From 1975 to 1998, the village was administratively part of the Warsaw Voivodeship. Dębe lies on the border of the Ciechanów Upland and the Warsaw Basin, along the Narwia River. To the north of the village runs national road No. 62, and through the village itself runs voivodeship road No. 632 from Legionowo to Nasielsk. In 1827, the village had 105 inhabitants in 16 houses. At the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, the Russians built a concrete fort in the village according to the design by Konstantin Wieliczka. The garrison of the fort repelled Bolshevik attacks on August 13, 1920. Along voivodeship road No. 632, there is a dam and hydroelectric power plant in Dębe, put into operation in 1963.

Well, all the attractions in one day won’t be enough.
Most importantly, you choose how you want to relax – whether actively burning calories and getting rid of negative energy, meditating, being creative… or if you need solitude and silence in the sounds of nature. SUP? What’s SUP?
Stand Up Paddling is a water sport where you paddle on a special board using a single paddle. SUP boarding is not yet popular in Poland, but from season to season, you can see more and more people trying their hand at this sport.
Stand Up Paddling is for everyone – unlike kitesurfing or windsurfing, it is not an extreme sport. At any moment, you can paddle to the shore and step off the board, and the risk of falling is much lower.
You can try your skills on the beautiful Narew river.
If it’s your first time, don’t worry – I’ll provide full training and equip you with all necessary safety accessories with the focus on 1. Safety, 2. Safety, 3. Fun. :)
You’ll have three route lengths to choose from – 40 minutes, 2 hours, 2.5-3 hours, or a calm bay for learning, testing, or inner peace – a place without currents and waves, you decide everything.
Where we paddle
Dębe 20, Serock. Approximately 40 minutes from the center of Warsaw.

You have three sections of the river trip to choose from and one chillout spot on a calm bay near the dam. See the map.
- Stare Orzechowo, beach, about 40 minutes from the starting point,
- Kikoły, wild shore, about 2 hours from the start,
- “Weź Tu Przystań”, port, about 2.5 to 3 hours from the start.
You also have the option of the aforementioned calm bay in the upper part of the dam in Dębe. Perfect for beginners, for learning or peaceful relaxation. If you want to test your skills or are considering buying a SUP board – this is the perfect solution for you.

You can choose between soft grass, asphalt, and forest paths. Ready to go? :) For the first time, you will get soft, mowed grass where a possible fall won’t be scary. Additionally, we will equip you with knee pads, a helmet, and all necessary accessories.

I will rent out my carpentry workshop and my time. A well-lit studio, well-equipped with top-brand tools. I guarantee well-deserved results for your hard work, good coffee, and my company.
